Answers before you ask
Does the person who finds them need the LAZ app?
No. Any phone camera opens the care profile in the browser.
What appears when the code is scanned?
Only what you added: name, age and medical details, with buttons to call a relative, send a message or share the location.
Does the bracelet need charging or internet?
The bracelet needs no charging. The phone that scans it needs internet.
How does face search work?
Sign in and upload a photo of the person's face. We compare it with care profiles, and if there's a match, their relatives' numbers appear. Search photos are never published.
Can I move a product to another care profile?
Yes, in the app: unlink it, then link it to another profile.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the app's settings, or from the account deletion page.
